Study on reliability analysis of the repairable system is an important content in the theory of reliability,which is widely used in the engineering application.It is important practical significance to improve system reliability.It is propitious to improve the working efficiency of the system,the reliability and safety of the system,and saving cost of the system to a certain extent.In addition,it is significant to analyze reliability of the system easily,and promote the reliability of the system in theoretical research.In this thesis,the main work is listed as follows:(1)The Birolini's duplex system sustained by a non-priority unit in cold standby.Com-paring to the standby component,the main components have priority rights of use and maintenance.In order to regulate operational process of the system corresponds to Markov process,through subjoin supplementary variables and Laplace transform method.Then steady-state availability and steady-state failure frequency of the system are attained.Fur-thermore assume absorbing states to derive the Laplace transform of the reliability and the mean time to first failure.Finally,several numerical examples are given to visualize some theory results in this model.(2)On the basis of the second chapter,considering the repairman may take vacation.When the system starts,one main component is operating,other identical main component is in warm standby,a non-priority unit is in cold standby and the repairman is taking a vacation.If there are some failed components when the repairman returns from a vacation,once the failed components is repaired,the repairman leaves for taking a vacation.In order to regulate operational process of the system corresponds to Markov process,through sub-join supplementary variables and Laplace transform method.Then this chapter derives the availability and the failure frequency of the system in steady state,the vacation probability of the repairman,the mean up-time of the system,the Laplace transform of the reliability and the mean time to first failure.Finally,several numerical examples are given to visualize some theory results in this model.(3)On the basis of the second chapter,considering the main components is not“as good as new"after repair.Then by combining Markov process theory with Laplace trans-form method,the availability and the failure frequency of the system,the Laplace transform of the reliability and the mean time to first failure are attained.And considering a repair-replacement policy base on the number of failures of the main component.The objective is to determine an optimal replacement policy such that the expected long-run average profit rate of the system is maximized to ensure the availability of the system.In addition,conducting numerical experiments to analysis the influence of system parameters on system reliability and the optimal replacement policy.
