DNA sequences are composed of A,T,C,G four types of bases which carry genetic information and have complex biological significance.It is an important research direction to excavate and interpret the structure and function from the DNA sequences.As a new type of logic system proposed in recent years,variant logic system and measurement method have a good effect for the measurement of the random sequence and data with symmetry features.It is a reliable and effective analytical tool.Combined with visualization,it can be intuitive and convenient to show the characteristics and differences between different species and coding and non-coding sequences.Based on the variant logic system and the related statistical methods,this paper presents a systematic and method for visualization of long DNA sequences with high efficiency and simplicity by combining the contents of different base pairs,the function combination space is constructed.In this paper,the model was used to calculate the probability measure calculation of the organism and its coding region and non-coding region from the microorganism,and the 2D and 3D visualization features were analyzed respectively.From the measurement and visualization results,the proposed system model can effectively show the different characteristics of the same species coding and non-coding region and the difference of characteristics between different species.At the same time,the results also show that higher mammals such as chimpanzees and other humans have different characteristics from other low-level species.This indicates that the model can efficiently and quickly characterize a large number of different types of DNA sequences and provide the basis for further visualization.
