As the important part of the basic geographic information data,vector and raster data are indispensable resource in the social development,economic development and national defense construction.Their security research is very important.The relevant domestic laws and regulations have confidential clear indicators for decryption geometric accuracy of the public map.The basic geographic data needs to be decrypted before the public sharing.This paper analyses existing models from topology maintaining,map matching,accuracy control,ability to resist attacks and efficiency of decryption through analyzing the characteristic of vector and raster data and the demand of decryption.Three models are established by the radial basis function and trigonometric function.Meanwhile,the applicability of vector and raster data to the decryption models is the focus of study,attending to the integration of the vector and raster data.The algorithm of decryption and recover is established which apply to vector and raster data.Finally the decryption software is developed to verify the decryption effect of three models.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Research of decryption model based on trigonometric function.Establish a triangular function decryption model with the sine and cosine functions based on the analysis of characteristic of trigonometric function and vector and raster data.Using trigonometric function model parameters to establish the error control algorithm which is the basis of triangular function decryption and restoration model.The algorithm has high processing efficiency.The data connection is good and the decryption is under control.(2)Research of decryption model based on radial basis function.The morphological parameters of the functions are used as the iteration operator of the model.Propose decryption and restoration models on the basis of radial basis function through error iterative control algorithm.The result show that the models is strong to against the attack,the sensitive target can be accurately transform.Vector and raster data can be superimposed better.(3)Research of combination decryption model of radial basis function and trigonometric function.The combination model has high security.Establish decryption and restoration models on the basis of combination decryption model of radial basis function and trigonometric function by analyzing the existing combined model.The result show that the safety of the model is high and data availability is better.(4)System implementation of decryption and restoration and experimental analysis.Design and develop system to realize geometric accuracy decryption and restoration for vector and raster data.The effects of different models are analyzed by experiments.Experimental results show that the proposed three kinds of models can better meet the needs of the decryption.
