With the development of China,the requirement for energy and mineral resources is growing quickly.However,the shallow reserves of coal and iron ore dry up quickly which leads the depth of drilling become deeper and deeper and increases the difficulty of mineral exploitation.At present,the production environment of mining enterprises is special.Automation level of mining enterprises is low and mine machines lack of advanced information management method,which leads to the backwardness of mine management and mine accidents.At present,the informatization level of mine drilling is backward,some rigs even use pointer table monitoring equipments and drilling engineering calculation also in an original way by manual counting.Workload may be concealed sometimes.This phenomenon can’t record the drilling engineering data expediently and can’t ensure the reliability of the data.Supervision of mining drilling is also difficult.Therefore,unreliable drilling data often leads to mine leakage or even landslides and other accidents in the mine drilling engineering.In order to strengthen the intensity of the management of mine drilling and calculate the number of drill pipe accurately and ensure the accuracy of the workload.In this paper,mine drilling trajectory measurement and drill’s full-life monitoring management system is designed.The working principle of this system is that design life-cycle monitoring device to record electronic label information on the drill pipe to calculate the number of drill pipes which used in drilling project.Second designing a 3D posture detection device of object to measure the posture of drill pipe includes: pitching Angle,azimuth Angle.Finally,combining the number of drill pipe with drill pipe’s attitude data to draw the drilling trajectory by a software which programed by C# and drect X9.0 through an algorithm.Finally,the drilling information query website was designed to improve the mine informatization management level.This paper propounds a drilling trajectory measurement algorithm based on earth coordinate system,the life-cycle monitor device including RFID reader based on Impinj R2000 modules,drilling rig electrical parameter detection circuit,SD card information recording circuit based on FATS,Alien Tek LCD display circuit;3D pose detection device,including the detection circuit based on STM32RCT6 and MPU9250,information recording circuit on SD card and FATS,display&control circuit,etc.PC program is based on c# which mainly complete the function of initializing the device,show and calibrating the posture data and displaying the drilling trajectory.In order to share the drilling data on the Internet,this paper designed a drilling information query website which has realized the user account and data management and query.This article also puts forward three algorithms which are drilling trajectory measurement algorithm based on earth coordinate system,drill pipe electronic equipment tag number displacement algorithm and drill pipe life-cycle monitoring algorithm.This system mainly has two innovations,the one is using RFID reader to record the number of drill pipe which used in drilling process,so people can monitor the drill pipe in a life-cycle way with a website.Another one is using 3D attitude sensor to measure the 3D gesture of object so that users can combine RFID data to draw drilling trajectory with an algorithm.Mine Drilling Trajectory Measurement and Drill’s full-life Monitoring Management System was finished on time,it was tested by design a simulation test of mine drilling,full-life monitoring module can read real-time electronic label of drill pipe,display rig electric parameter.Data storage module can record information as the format of json in a frequency.The precision of the date measured was increased through the polynomial fitting algorithm.Finally,the information level of mine drilling is increased by website.
