The 21st century,highway construction that both in quantity and the quality is beyond any period in history development quickly in our country.But at the same time the threat of slope disasters are also increasingly prominent.How to identify,assess and deal with the slope disaster become a big problem in the industry.Traditional slope stability analysis theory is only from the Angle of mechanics to the analysis of slope stability,and can't make a reasonable evaluation of slope risk.So the Ministry of Communications in 2014 promulgated the Guide of Risk Assessment for Highway Cut Slope in the Construction Period(trial)to guide the cut slope construction safety risk assessment.In order to complete risk assessment work more professional,convenient,efficient,combined with GIS technology,this paper developed a cut slope construction risk assessment of the visualization software RMSIope desktop and online,to make the risk assessment of slope work more scientific,the system,and intelligent.In this paper,the main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Based on international landslide risk management framework recommended by the JTC-1,focus on improving the cutting slope construction safety risk assessment process and method.Cutting slope construction risk assessment can be divided into general risk assessment and special risk assessment,general risk assessment include general overall risk assessment,and focus on the slope of expert review.(2)Part of the inheritance of landslide risk management framework of principles,discussing the index system of evaluation model,putting forward the fuzzy hierarchy evaluation model,to determine the general risk assessment applies fuzzy hierarchy evaluation model,and the special risk assessment applies index system of evaluation model.(3)Discuss GIS technology is intuitionistic,science,system and intelligent in the field of risk assessment and disaster prevention,witch can significantly improve the execution efficiency of risk control.(4)Based of risk assessment theory and GIS technology,using Visual Studio programming environment,developed the software RMSlope desktop and online and the database that can realize map display,query,information management,risk assessment,and other functions.Research results can meet the different levels of user requirements,avoid the complex manual calculation and data storage,makes the risk assessment work more scientific,efficient.(5)The 41 high cutting slope in Shen Hai highway fuding to ZheRong section as the object,using RMSlope developed in this paper carries on the general risk assessment,and select typical slope to finish special risk assessment.Through instance practical to test the software,and optimized function modules by feedback.
