The study shows that microecological preparations are a kind of important biological resources,and they have been widely used in various fields.So far,pure culture has been applied to microecological preparations,that is,pure culture is carried out to obtain the useful substances.However,in the nature of a variety of microbial mixed culture is more common,that is,with a variety of microbial mixed culture to complete the pure culture difficult to complete the biological reaction process,especially in the sewage treatment of concern.At the same time,mixed culture is better than pure culture of metabolites research has also made many important achievements,and shows attractive development prospects.In this paper,we studied the effects of two kinds of Bacillus sp.,Three strains of lactic acid bacteria,one yeast and one light and bacteria were cultured and mixed culture,and then compared with the water purification effect.The results showed that with the increase of co-culture fungi,it was more obvious that the chemical oxygen demand,sulfide or ammonia nitrogen treatment in the water samples were optimized.When the four kinds of bacteria were mixed and cultured,The ability of water purification was better than that of single culture and the cultivation of any two kinds of bacteria or three kinds of bacteria.Finally,the ability of co-culture water purification was better than that of single culture.After the difference of water purification capacity was determined,the difference between co-culture and single culture metabolites was studied.The results were as follows:the development agent and the color reagent were selected by thin layer chromatography.The results showed that Ethyl acetate:chloroform=4:1,the color reagent is iodine vapor when the color effect is clear and complete.And the thin layer chromatography was carried out.The results showed that there were two significant differences in the co-culture between the two cultivars and the single culture broth.The results showed that the co-culture was different from the mono-cultured metabolites as dioctyl phthalate-based ester compounds.The results showed that the co-culture was different from the single-culture metabolites.It has a long-term development and considerable prospects in its treatment of sewage and other aspects of the application.
