Since China's reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development also contributed to the damage to the natural environment,the predatory exploitation of groundwater resources created a large number of groundwater funnel areas in our country,the phenomenon of geological hazards and ecological damage appear in these areas bring bad influence to people's life and production.Zibo-Weifang groundwater funnel area is the largest groundwater funnel area in Shandong province,accounting for 44%of the total funnel area of the province,the contradiction between rapid economic development and insufficient water supply is very intense.It is one of the important issues in ecological hydraulic engineering research to govern the groundwater funnel area,to repair the geological environment and realize the sustainable utilization of groundwater resources.It is of great significance to actively carry out the research and practice of groundwater funnel area govern,to alleviate the exploitation of water resources,to improve its utilization rate,and to realize reasonable scheduling of surface water and groundwater.This study focused on the formation and evolution mechanism of the largest groundwater funnel area in Shandong province and studied the key technologies of comprehensive management of groundwater funnel area.A funnel area water resource extension technology research in hilly area,according to different causes of funnel area,studies the reservoir dilatation capacity technology and reservoir water in series technology in low hill;network technology of water system in the plain front of mountain;storage and replenishment technology of the coastal plain.This technology can realize the water resource reasonable allocation,alleviating the unbalance spatiotemporal distribution of regional water resources.Then it is a wetland restoration technology research in seawater intrusion area,including wetland water depth partition,surface flow constructed wetland technology,bird habitat construction technology,fish habitat construction technology and the remediation technology of plant community,etc.,implement the organic combination of engineering measures and ecological measures,self-restraint the underground water,coastal plains block seawater intrusion,repair the degenerated coastal wetland ecosystem,improving the quality of regional water ecological environment.Then it is integration IOT of the funnel area water resources research,including the integration of monitoring technology,intelligent dispatching technology of water network engineering,improve the water environment management,the ability and efficiency of water resource regulation and operation.In this study,the theory and technical system of water environment repair in groundwater funnel area based on multi-source joint optimization were proposed to provide theoretical and technical support for groundwater funnel area governance.The innovation points of this paper mainly include:first,the research raise the water resource extension technology of surface water-groundwater coupling funnel area aim at the key links for the govern of different types of underground water funnel areas;The second is to put forward the technology of wetland restoration in the seawater intrusion area,which is integrated with "wetland depth zone + surface flow+ net wind bird island + plant elevation control".The third is to construct the coupling model of groundwater flow and solute transfer in the funnel area and the 3D digital simulation system of water environment,the research bring integration IOT of the funnel area water resources.The results of the study can be applied to the Shandong province using the ADB loan groundwater funnel area comprehensive govern demonstration project,the project using the ADB loan total of $150 million,for the largest foreign capital utilization project of water conservancy in our province since the reform and opening up,the results can provide technical support for the project,the implementation can increase a year after the rain floods,guest water,such as water resources quantity is 141.44 million cubic meters of water,to purify reclaimed water in the 5.4 million cubic meters of water,alternative,replenishment 49.77 million cubic meters of water for underground water,improve the surrounding environment,produce remarkable social and economic benefits.
