The EAST electron cyclotron resonance heating(ECRH)system is compose of four 140GHz/1MW/100s~1000s long pulse gyrotrons.The superconducting magnet is an important part of ECRH system.It not only plays a role in focusing in the ECRH system,provides the required gyrotron magnetic field configuration,but is also indispensable to form a gyral electron beam.In this paper,a monitoring and control system of superconducting magnet devices is designed.Based on the experimental requirements of ECRH system,real-time monitoring of the state of superconducting magnets and peripheral hardware devices remotely,to ensure the operation of superconducting magnet system and the entire ECRH system are stable.Firstly,the research background and significance of the subject and the basic conditions of the ECRH system and superconducting magnets were introduced briefly,and the composition and magnet types of the ECRH system were described in detail.Secondly,the principle of superconducting state and the requirement of superconducting magnet system by ECRH system are analyzed.Finally,the overall design scheme of remote monitoring and control system of superconducting magnet device in ECRH system is introduced,and surrounding the monitoring for the detailed design.Respectively introducing from two aspects that the monitoring system’s hardware architecture and software program design:(1)Designing communication module for peripheral hardware devices of superconducting magnets and set up a monitoring system based on Ethernet.The switches between the experiment site and the control room are connected through optical fibers and the TCP/IP protocol is used for command analysis and delivery.(2)Using LabVIEW to design the monitoring interface,realize effective remote monitoring of the superconducting magnet system and hardware devices.Using TCP protocol for data transmission to prevent data loss,acquire and modify parameters in real-time.Once the superconducting magnet quenching is detected or the hardware devices failure occurs,the chain protection will be triggeredThe monitoring and control software program of superconducting magnet device developed by LabVIEW is simple to operate,has good expandability,clear and intuitive interface,can be timely and effective set parameters and read the state of each device and superconducting magnet.And using the computer programming technology and the optical fiber isolation technology,to prevent the signal interference,to make the program stable and reliable.
