| With the rapid development of science and technology,airborne camera becomes an important device to obtain effective information of earth,which has been widely used in military and civil fields.With the further application,high resolution of aerial photography is applied in various areas.How to improve the imaging quality and the service life of the aerial camera has become one of the most important issues,while the aerial camera environment control system plays a key role on the imaging quality and service life.As airborne camera stay in a complicated environment,therefore the research on the environment control system of aerial camera has a great significance for the aerial camera to obtain the high resolution and improve the service life.In this paper,through the support of research of quality management theory,tools and techniques,combined with the principle,focus on quality management of aviation products,combined with the analysis of the development process of reliability,maintainability,testability,safety,security and environmental adaptability analysis(six characteristics analysis)in high altitude airborne camera environment control system.On this basis,the author introduces and analyzes the development of the environment control system of a high altitude aerial camera.This paper also analyzes the human,material and environmental factors in the process of project development,introduces the guarantee measures,and finally puts forward some suggestions and improvement measures.Practice has shown that the introduction of quality management methods and technology,combined with the six characteristics of aviation product quality management,has a certain significance to improve product quality.The enterprise should combine the methods and techniques of quality management,improve its quality management system,strengthen the quality awareness of participation,improve product quality,enhance the competitiveness of enterprise,to realize rapid development in the fierce market competition. |
