Located in the middle of the western margin of the Ordos basin,the Majiatan area is a rich area of various energy and mineral resources.It has found abundant resources such as coal,oil,natural gas and uranium.Majiatan area and key position in the western margin of Ordos basin,it is the western margin of Ordos basin in northern and southern regions of the transition zone,the Liupanshan thrust tectonic system in southern and the Hetao-yinchuan extensional structural system in northern.It is shaped by their common influence and superposition.So for Majiatan area to study the tectonic characteristics and evolution,not only for energy and mineral resources exploration and development in the area has an important guiding role,and to find out the western margin of Ordos basin tectonic characteristics and evolution of complex has important significance.Collect the field geology data of the research area and study the rock stratum of the research area.Based on the previous research results and regional stratigraphic main unconformity,the main deformation period of Mesozoic in the research area was determined.Based on the detailed explanation of seismic profile,this paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the current structural style and structure relation of the thrust belt in the research area,and establishes the model of the Majiashan area.In this paper,four seismic interpretation profiles are balanced and restored by means of balanced profile inversion,and the stratigraphic shortening of each section is calculated,and the evolution process of Mesozoic generation in Majiatan area is analyzed.The main reasons are as follows: 1?Majiatan tectonic zone of tectonic deformation is mainly controlled by the Carboniferous-Permian slip plane mode of low Angle overthrust nappe,concomitant with the main overthrust fault related fold as its basic structure type.Based on Carboniferous-Permian slip plane as the datum of tectonic deformation,both fault and fault-controlled fold structures occurred above the tectonic deformation datum.2?The tectonic deformation intensity and deformation depth in the Majiatan area are significantly reduced from west to east in order to decrease in order.The powerful extrusion force from the west side block is the main dynamical mechanism of the tectonic deformation of Majiatan.Its tectonic deformation on the whole is passive structural deformation.The strong west-east horizontal pressure induced by the deep tectonics of the western margin tectonic belt and the adjacent region from the west of Huianpu-Shajinzi fracture is the main dynamic background of the tectonic deformation of Majiatan tectonic belt.3?Majiatan since Mesozoic tectonic deformation of the main issue is the end of late Jurassic and early cretaceous,the two stage tectonic deformation has paved the way for the present-day tectonic style,namely the formation of the region geological features today was mainly affected by Yanshan movement,by Himalayan movement.
