Wetland is a unique and important ecosystem of the earth, which is one of the three major ecosystems in the world.Since the industrial revolution, the human activities in the epigenetic zone of the earth have become more and more frequent, causing the excessive exploitation and irrational utilization of wetland resources. It has seriously threatened the stability of wetland ecosystem and resulted in the serious degradation and reduction of wetland. In recent years, some domestic important wetlands such as Sanjiang plain wetland,Qinghai-tibet plateau wetland,Yellow River delta wetland,Mangrove wetlands and Coastal wetland have carried out many researchs related to microorganisms. However, the study of wetland restoration in Tumen River Basin from the microorganism point of view is still in its initial stage.Based on the soil chronosequences, the paddy fields, restored wetlands and natural wetlands were selected as the research object.Analysis of the wetland in the process of natural restoration of soil physical and chemical properties, using the second generation of high-throughput sequencing technology research soil bacterial diversity and community structure, and the relationship between the bacteria and environmental factors.Based on the statistical methods combined the main bacteria and soil nutrient to explored the indicator in this process. The results showed that:(1)With the natural restoration of wetlands, the soil physicochemical properties tended to be natural wetlands, but the phosphorus presents a certain change rule, and the pH has not changed significantly. All kinds of nutrients gradually decreased with depth.(2)In the process of natural restoration, the diversity of bacteria in the wetland decreased, the diversity of bacteria in the upper and middle layers decreased, and the lower layer tended to be consistent.Natural restoration of wetland bacteria has a tendency towards natural wetland.(3)The bacterial community type did not change, but the microbial community structure changed in the process of wetland restoration. And the main dominant bacteria in the study area were Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria and Chloroflexi.(4)Soil physicochemical properties mainly affected the structure of bacterial community, especially WC,SOM,TN,AN and AP significantly affected bacterial community.(5)There are some indicator species in wetland restoration process of the research area:PF:Gemmatimonadetes;RW:Verrucomicrobiae,Acidobacteria(from class to family);NW:Syntrophobacterales(the order and family of Syntrophaceae),Bacteroidetes_vadinHA17,Anaerolineae(from class to famly). Those bacteria groups are closely related to soil trophic status(C,N,P).
