Laser perforation is a new non-contact method for physical and chemical rock breaking.Compared with traditional perforating techniques such as bullet perforation,shaped perforation,and hydraulic blasting perforation,laser perforating technology has a long range,no compaction effect,and does not cause debris to clog pores and pores,and the pore wall is smooth.It can effectively improve the longevity of oil and gas wells and many other advantages.At present,the only American Petroleum company in the world has completed the field.The laser perforation of the oil and gas wells is on the scene,but the related research results are in the state of secrecy,and it is suitable for the optical fiber transmission of the laser system.The developed countries have been blocking our country for a long time,and there are no stable products in China.Domestic related units only use0.1k W laser to carry out laser perforation simulation experiment,but due to low laser power,the related research has great limitations.In this context,this paper designs a set of low-cost and convenient maintenance laser system of the 10 k W level,and uses this system to carry out interaction research and experiments with the rock,in order to realize laser drilling and laser light injection in oil and gas wells as early as possible.It provides a reliable theory and data support for the early realization of laser drilling and laser application in the oil and gas wells.Based on the space incoherent beam technology,a modular assembly and high power laser beam closing device is developed,and the optical fiber transmission is realized by using the beam closing device,and the engineering design and construction of the laser beam system for the optical fiber transmission are completed.On this basis,the experimental study of laser perforation for different kinds of rock and oil wells is carried out by using the self developed optical fiber transmission universal laser system,and the experimental data of different kinds of rock perforation with different rock sizes,laser power and irradiation time are obtained with different rock size,laser power and irradiation time.
