Complex networks are ubiquitous in many fields of the real world.Investigating the complex networks can improve understanding of nature and propel the progress of science and technology.Networks can be classified to continuous-time networks,discontinuous-time networks and discrete-time networks.In this paper,the main research object is discrete-time networks.Discrete-time networks have important application in the fields of secure communication,image processing and so on.Synchronization,one of the essential collective behaviors of complex networks,is an inter-esting phenomenon.Synchronization of complex networks has widespread application prospects.Therefore,over the past decades,the synchronization of complex networks has always been the focus of researches.The article researched about synchronization of discrete-time networks.The methods used in the study are know as Lyapunov function and mathematical analysis technique,sufficient conditions are derived to achieve synchronization at last.The details of this paper are as follow:In Chapter 1,a brief introduction to the synchronization of complex networks is given and the state of researches at home and abroad are analyzed.In Chapter 2,synchronization of discrete-time networks with time delay is investigated by designing proper pinning impulsive controllers,both without and with adaptive strategy are stud-ied.Combining Lyapunov function with mathematical analysis technique,sufficient conditions are derived to achieve synchronization of networks and the reliability of results are analyzed.In Chapter 3,cluster synchronization in discrete-time networks of nonidentical nodes is inves-tigated.The chapter used the same research methods with Chapter 3,that is,Lyapunov function and mathematical analysis technique.Lastly,two sufficient conditions are derived to achieve cluster synchronization of networks.At last,conclusion for this paper is given and some questions which deserve to study further are put forward in Chapter 4.
