Performance appraisal has extensive and important values in real life.It mainly includes two research directions:the performance indicators and the construction of their evaluation systems,and the optimization of evaluation scores.The method of multi-objective optimization can solve many problems in performance appraisal,this paper mainly discusses the application of multi-objective optimization model in performance appraisal.The research content of this paper includes two parts:The first part focuses on the multi-objective optimization method of score aggregation in performance appraisal.Aiming at the aggregation of evaluation scores,a new dual-objective optimization model was established and solved via the genetic algorithm.This results overcome some of the shortcomings of the 360-degree appraisal model of Andres et al.The second part mainly discuss the problem of determining the optimal basic workload in performance appraisal,based on the score conversion model and satisfaction model related to the optimal basic workload,a multi-objective optimization model is established to minimize the sum of squares of the difference of satisfacti-on and maximize the sum of satisfaction.The optimal basic workload of each index and the target value in the multi-objective optimization model arc obtained by using the genetic algorithm.It is proved that the established multi-objective optimization model have weak effective solutions,and the multi-objective optimization model are scientific and reasonable.This paper mainly uses multi-objective optimization tools to study the application of multi-objective optimization model in performance appraisal.The purpose is to enrich the research content of the problem of optimization and the optimal basic workload in the related research of performance appraisal,and to promote the further research on related problems of performance appraisal and on the related technical and method fields.Chapter 1 mainly introduces the research status of performance appraisal at home and abroad,including the research background and significance of performance appraisal,and the development course of performance appraisal,and the application of multi-objective optimization model in score processing.Chapter 2 mainly studies the multi-objective optimization method of score aggregation in performance appraisal,establishes a new optimization model,and uses genetic algorithm to solve it,and compare the results.Chapter 3 mainly study the optimal basic workload problem in the performance allocation.By establishing a logarithmic form of score conversion model and satisfaction model,a multi-objective optimization model with both satisfaction and fairness is obtained and solved by genetic algorithm.
