Compared with conventional oil and gas reservoirs,volcanic reservoirs are more complex and more difficult to identify and predict.In recent years,with the increasing demand for oil and gas resources,especially the rapid development of exploration and development technologies,volcanic rock reservoirs have attracted extensive attention from the oil industry and scholars as a new field of oil and gas exploration and development,and have increasingly become oil and gas exploration and one of the important goals of development.This paper systematically summarizes the research results of previous earthquake properties and conducts in-depth and detailed investigation and research on seismic multi-attribute optimal reservoir prediction methods for volcanic reservoirs.Comprehensive seismic data,logging data,and geological data were used to carry out seismic tectonic interpretation of the five major volcanic seismic geologic horizons of the Yingcheng Formation in the SS2-1 block in the northern Xujiaweizi Fault Depression in the deep structure of the northern Songliao Basin.Using partial least-squares attribute optimization prediction techniques,the thickness,porosity,permeability,gas distribution,and lithology of the four volcanic eruptions of the third member of the Yingcheng Formation were predicted.For the first phase of the volcanic eruption in the 3rd Section of the Yingsan Formation,the prediction accuracy is high and the prediction result is reliable by comparing with the verification of the known well data.At the same time,using density data and optimized seismic properties to achieve the inversion of density parameters,the results show that the low density distribution area is mainly located in the middle and upper part of the Yingcheng Formation in the study area.According to the volcanic reservoir thickness,porosity,permeability,gas distribution,lithology prediction results and density parameter inversion results of the four volcanic eruptions in the third section of the Yingcheng Formation in the comprehensive study area,because the Yingcheng Formation volcanic strata are mainly developed in the third and fourth cycles of the volcanic eruption and the gas reservoirs is mainly characterized by low density,the location of the two favorable targets was finally determined.
