The awareness diffusion plays an important role in the epidemic spreading.Complex network is used to study the epidemic spreading,but mainly focus on the epidemic spreading rules in the contagion network,it is difficult to depict the interaction between the awareness diffusion and epidemic spreading.Therefore,it is an important direction to study the interaction between epidemic spreading and awareness diffusionby using the dual network.Based on the dual network model,this research analyses the network structure as well as network generation algorithm of the dual network,and focuses on studying the influences of the community structure,the dynamic adaptive dual network and the dual network generation algorithm on the epidemic spreading.The research is supported byNational Natural Science Foundation(No.61401015 and No.71540015).The main work results are shown as follows:1.An epidemic spreading model based on community structure of dual network is proposed.Considering the influences of the awareness network community structure on the epidemic spreading,the model divides the awareness network into different communities to indicate the heterogeneous awareness getting probability,and gives out the influence of the heterogeneity.The simulation analysis shows that the community structure in the awareness network can obviously improve the threshold of epidemic spreading.2.An adaptive epidemic spreading model in the dual network is proposed.Based on the link breaking automatically,wediscuss the different reason which can describe the link breaking to improve the adaptive epidemic spreading model,combined with the adaptive awareness diffusion.The simulation results showthat the epidemic spreading scale becomes small in the adaptive dual network.3.A new contagion-awareness dual network generation algorithm for special infected population is proposed.Considering the node difference and relationship indeterminacy between the dual networks,the algorithmgives out the relationship between the dual network by the social relationship.As an example,this research discusses the HFMD spreading in the dual network that published by the proposed model.The simulation results show that the epidemic spreading scale becomes small and the epidemic threshold becomes large in the dual network generated by this algorithm.
