Exploration Project In Sunwu-Jiayin Basin

Oil and gas belong to non-renewable resources,with the continuous deepening of exploration and development at present,the recoverable reserve of Daqing oilfield is continue to decline sharply.In order to achieve a certain annual output,we need further tapping the potential in the old oil field,at the same time,it is necessary to expand the exploration market,increasing the exploration strength and effect of the outer basin,to looking for oil and gas resources and reserves.Project quality control is an important part of project management that has great significance and great influence on improving the management level of engineering project.To combine these theories and ideas and methods with the production of seismic exploration is very feasible for seismic prospecting projects.This paper takes the representative basin of Daqing exploration area— Sunwu-Jiayin basin as the research object.First of all,this paper introduced the related theories of quality control at home and abroad,and the related knowledge of project quality management and quality control,to consolidate the theoretical foundation of the thesis.Then,analysis the Sunwu-Jiayin basin seismic exploration project,and introduce the basic outline,analyze the necessity of the quality control of the project.Then put forward the requirements of the project.Beforehand control includes implementing relevant standards,formulating management mechanism,doing environmental protection and logistic support work well.Intermediate control includes doing the quality control of each process well,playing a good role of monitoring the quality of the staff.Afterwards control includes doing a good job in inspection and supervision,data analysis and experience summary,and logistics support in the later stage.Finally,list safeguards of organization,personnel and funds to ensure the program can be implemented smoothly.Through the study of this paper,quality control in project operation is discussed,to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of exploration projects.It can also provide theoretical support and reference for similar projects in the future.
