Research On The Exhibition Design Of Rare Animal Science Museum

With the decreasing number of rare animals,it has been the internal needs of the public and the society to protect rare animals and the natural environment.Supported by Chinese Communist party and national policies,the science popularization in China develops prosperously.Under this background,animal-themed science museums are in rapid development,but there are some problems in their development process.The existing problems mainly embody at two aspects:1.Old-dated display technique mostly depends on the dull display board and the static display of fossil animals;2.Strong preaching and lack of various subjective and objective factors,such as the application of modern science and technology,etc.After studying the literature and books for display design of rare animal science popularization museums at both home and abroad,the author comes to an conclusion that there is little research in this direction,which means there is no well-established theoretical system.Based on the above mentioned problems,this paper tries to study from the innovation of demonstration idea.1.The thesis firstly introduces the development and current situation of display design of rare animal science popularization museums,analyzes its background,the functions of display and the subject of the display,and looks to the future development trend of rare animal science popularization museums.2.Analysis of the elements of rare animals museum display design theory,from the sensory experience,display function elements system in this paper,the analysis and design elements,three aspects,summarizing the basic principles of rare animals museum display design.3.The main contents of the exhibition design method of the rare animal science museum are expounded from the aspects of layout form,moving line design,light environment design,color design and display performance.4.At the sichuan wolong Chinese panda garden museum as an actual case,the theoretical research and the current show some new design method which show in the form of examples in this paper,the design theory and method of the concrete implementation process.It is expected that this paper can summarize the design theory system of the rare animal theme science museum,and explore the modern means of communication that conforms to the characteristics of the current rare animal science museum.
