The submersible hot water machine is used to heat fresh water in the natural seawater,and the working fluid heated to a certain temperature is sent to the diving suit through the pump and the umbilical cord,which provides an important guarantee for the diver's underwater heating.At present,the submersible water heaters used in our country are electrically heated.It has the advantages of being green and environmentally friendly and easy to transport.However,electric-powered submersible water heaters have slow heating and low energy utilization.They are not suitable for small-scale applications.Disadvantages such as ships,this drawback has limited the development of our diving business to some extent.This article's efficient fuel-type submersible water heater uses 0# diesel fuel as fuel,which has the advantages of fast heating,high efficiency,wide application range,etc.,which makes up for the shortage of electric plus submersible water heaters.The main contents of this article are:(1)Structural design of oil-fired submersible hot water machine: The oil quality of 0# diesel oil was analyzed and studied.The smoke enthalpy and product composition at different temperatures were calculated,and the fuel-type diving heat was calculated through heat balance calculation.Based on the known conditions,the overall structure of the oil-fired submersible water heater was designed,and the three-dimensional modeling of each component was carried out.The heat transfer and convection heat transfer calculation of the flame cylinder of the oil-fired submersible water heater was carried out.The overall system was checked for total heat balance and strength checks were performed on all important components of the oil-fired submersible water heater.(2)Analysis of the mechanical properties and thermodynamic properties of the oil-fired submersible hot water machine: The elastic mechanical analysis was performed on the components of the drum,and the deformation,equivalent stress and equivalent strain of the drum were calculated by the inverse solution method.The workbench software was used to simulate the statics of the drum components,and the simulation results were compared with the theoretical calculation results.The reasons for the error caused by the simulation results were analyzed.The comparison results confirmed the accuracy and precision of the simulation.The other important components of the oil-fired submersible water heater were subjected to static simulation analysis to verify the strength of the components.The thermal field of the flame tube and the threaded tube was simulated.(3)Coupling analysis of the thermal structure of the flame tube: A thermal structure coupling analysis was performed on the flame tube.The effect of the temperature field on the flame tube was compared with the simulated cloud image that was only affected by the static field,and the coupling effect of the thermal structure was studied.Next,the total deformation of the flame tube,the intensity of the change.(4)Thermal efficiency analysis of the oil-fired submersible hot water machine: The thermal efficiency of the oil-fired submersible water heater was analyzed,and related factors affecting the thermal efficiency of the oilfired submersible water heater were pointed out.The main factors affecting the thermal efficiency were analyzed and mathematically constructed.In the mold,the air supply model and the threaded tube convection heat transfer model were established,and the relationship between the relevant factors and thermal efficiency was established.Other relevant factors affecting the thermal efficiency of the oil-fired submersible water heater were analyzed and related solutions were proposed.In this dissertation,the structure of the oil-fired submersible hot water machine is designed.The thermal field of the flame tube and the threaded tube is analyzed and studied.The thermal structure coupling of the flame tube is studied,and optimized the main function parameters of the threaded pipe.Through the research of this thesis,we know the effect of hot field thermal field distribution on the hot water machine,clear the influence of the thermal structure coupling on the flame tube,and establish the influencing factors of the thermal efficiency of the oil-fired submersible water heater.
