With the change of climate and the increasing precision of the atmospheric environment research.it is hoped that the temperature error value of the temperature sensor in the meteorological station will be controlled in the range of 0.1 ?.The temperature sensors used in the current weather stations are usually installed in the radiation shield,it absorbs some solar radiation when measuring the atmospheric temperature,making the sensor measurement more than the actual atmospheric temperature,and the radiation error value can be as high as 1?.In order to reduce the error caused by the solar radiation on the sensor temperature measurement,this paper simulates the temperature sensor of the meteorological station by using the method of Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD),and analyzes the effects on the radiation error value of the environmental parameters such as altitude,air velocity,sun height angle,solar radiation intensity and other environmental parameters.The simulation results show that the radiation error value of the temperature sensor increases with the increase of the solar radiation intensity and altitude,and the value decreases with the increase of the velocity of the air flow and the angle of the solar altitude.Because of the Cmputational Fluid Dynamics method is difficult to analyze the continuous change of physical quantity,The BP neural network algorithm is used to fit the simulation data to get the radiation error correction equation of platinum resistance temperature sensor under different environmental parameters,In order to correct the error of solar radiation when the environmental parameters change continuously.The root mean square error between the fitting results of BP neural network and the simulation results is 0.05 ?,it is improve the accuracy of temperature observation data.An automatic weather station data acquisition systembased on STM32 microprocessor is designed in this paper.It consists of all kinds of sensors,main control unit,communication equipments and powesupply.The collected data can be transmitted to the host computer of the automatic weather station through two communication modes,RS232 serial port and Ethernet port.On this basis,a software with real-time correction of radiation error function is designed based on C#programming language by Visual Studio 2013 development platform.Users only need to input environment parameter values to the system,and the software can automatically output the correction value of radiation error.Through neural network algorithm fitting,it has a potential application prospect in the field of meteorological sensor data processing by combining the relative real atmosphere temperature and software.
