Tomato root knot nematode is one of the most serious soilborne disease which caused by root knot nematodes.The literature has been compiled expressing that Jerusalem artichoke stalks can reduce the damage to tomato by nematode.Jerusalem artichoke has been found plenty of germplasm resources.But nobody known the effects of different varieties of Jerusalem artichoke on nematode and tomato or not.It is necessary to find out different varieties of Jerusalem artichoke straws influence on tomato growth and root knot nematode disease.This study sifted three kinds of Jerusalem artichoke from five germplasm resources through laboratory test.A pot experiment and High throughput sequencing were conducted to investigate the effects of 3 different kinds of Jerusalem artichoke straws on tomato growth and the diversity,community structure,taxa distribution of soil microorganisms in tomato continuous cropping system.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)The effect of three kinds of Jerusalem artichoke straws on tomato seedling growth were different.The added condition of 1% was better than 2%,1% J13 was the optimal,followed by 1% J04,1% J01.(2)The effect of three kinds of Jerusalem artichoke straws on south root knot nematode were different,2% of Jerusalem artichoke straws could prevention and control effect of tomato root knot nematode disease than 1%.2% J01 had least of root knot.(3)The content of soil available potassium was significantly negative correlation with the number of tomato root knot and significantly positive correlation relationship with the density of soil nematode population.The content of soil total potassium also significantly positive correlation relationship with the density of soil nematode population.The soil available potassium was increased when added Jerusalem artichoke straws.The addition of 2% artichoke straw was better than 1%,and 2%J13 had the highest content of soil available potassium.(4)Jerusalem artichoke straws changed the abundance and diversity of soil microorganisms.The abundance and diversity of soil microorganisms got great influence on Jerusalem artichoke straws.2 % J13 straw increased the abundance and diversity analysis of tomato continuous cropping soil microorganisms.There was a significant difference in the community composition between Jerusalem artichoke straws treatment and control treatment.Different kinds of Jerusalem artichoke straws treatment got different microbial community composition.1% J13 had more influence on soil fungi community,and 2%J01 influence on soil bacteria community a lot.(5)The soil microbial community had more correlation than the density of soil nematode population than tomato root knot.
