As the further development of exploratory technology at marine,the quality requirement of synchronization and effective function of navigation,recorder and air-gun devices become more and more strictly.In order to avoid the fault of abnormal synchronization occur and guarantee the normal link and synchronization of recorder,air-gun and navigation systems,develop an instrument to test these signals is necessary.This instrument can estimate the problems of these three inline systems,eliminate trouble promptly,insure all the inline systems go well during operation.Taking software programming,circuit configuration and signal output as the theory base,mainly including triggered signals of inline systems and the synchronous theory of master/slave controllers.Deigning a specific schematic circuit diagram to collect and judge the status of signals,writing PC programs to match the hardware.Converting schematic circuit diagram into printed circuit board and put the board into a customized aluminum alloy shell,finally an integrated fault detective mechanism is formed.After a suite of test in hardware and software,it proves that this instrument not only can acquire the trigger signals and generate analog signals of all the inline devices correctly,but also verify check the abnormal synchronization in the process of seismic exploration.So the development of synchronous test instrument insure the effective synchronization of navigation,recorder and air-gun systems.
