| Streptccus agalactiae can infect people/fish/beef,causing neonatal meningitis,pneumonia and sepsis.Leading to milky cow mastitis and even stopping milk,causing a large number of deaths of wild fish and economic fish,especially tilapia.Its harm is serious.In order to investigate the distribution of the bacteria in Hainan women,tilapia and dairy cows,and to establish a rapid and effective field detection method of the bacteria.This paper from the tilapia farms in Hainan,Hainan university DongPo lake,ChengMai dairy farms and Hainan university hospital,collected fish source,cow source and human sample,and carries on the research.In this paper,we total isolated 191 strains,18 strains of streptococcus lactobacillus were isolated,purified and identified,4 of which were female and 14 were from diseased tilapia.At first,the serotypes of 18 strains of pathogenic bacteria were identified.Two molecular serotypes were found.The only serotype I a was infected with tilapia,and the type Ⅰ a and Ⅲ were infected with human.The above two serotypes are the main pathogenic serotypes of Streptococcus agalactiae.Secondly,18 strains of Streptococcus agalactiae were classified by MLST,and the genetic relationship and relationship between them were compared and explored.The results showed that there were isolated and evolutional isolation between streptococcus lactobacillus of fish source and human source,among them,5 ST types were found,and no cross infection was found between fish and human used to eBURST.In the end,a fast and efficient method for the detection of streptococcus lactobacillus was established,which can be identified by the naked eye and obtain accurate results,which is very efficient and convenient in practical application.The establishment of the rapid detection technology of streptococcus lactobacillus LAMP provides critical technical support for the effective prevention and control of the pathogen.This study provides a foundation for the prevention and control of the disease of streptococcus lactobacillus in Hainan province,which is of great significance for further research. |
