As a large inter basin water diversion project,the Pai River channel,which is used to draw the Yangtze River and Huaihe River,serves as the main channel to communicate the water resources allocation of the Yangtze River Basin in Huaihe.Different from the traditional single function River design principles,the river section is concentrated on meeting the requirements of backward water conveyance,shipping,river ecological protection and waterfront landscape.Compared to the south to North Water Diversion Project,water transfer research section and multiple functions of school is very complex.It is a very meaningful work to give consideration to the requirements of ecological protection while ensuring the safety of the project and the exertion of the main function of the project.The methods of this study are as follows:(1)On the basis of collecting and combing the design achievements of the Yangtze River and Huaihe River,we have investigated and compared the basic requirements of the section of water delivery,shipping and ecological river.A preliminary analysis of the water transfer channel sent river section of the existing main problems of design principles are given,rationalization.(2)Combining with the reliability design method of water conservancy projects both at home and abroad,the reliability of the slope of the multi-function river section of the river in the Huaihe Huaihe section is given,and the acceptable index of reliability is not clearly standardized.In this paper,we set up the economic loss of river slope risk considering the reliability index of river slope.From the perspective of economic optimization,we solve the problem of reliability of multi-functional river sections.(3)To consult the literature on the impact of the construction of large water conservancy projects on the ecological environment,this paper considers the ecological compensation mechanism to measure the impact of the project on the ecological environment along the line.In order to measure the ecological benefits of the multifunctional river section of the river section.(4)With the help of the MATLAB work platform,the M document containing the comprehensive cost model of the risk economic loss and the ecological compensation cost of the river section is set up,and the multi-function river section of the school section is optimized to achieve the harmonious and unified safety,economic and ecological benefits.(5)Build the typical cross-section model of river channel by using the large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The stable operation of river section is optimized by analyzing groundwater level and design flood level separately,and further demonstrates the rationality of the above optimization method.By establishing the principle of multi-functional river section design,this paper carries out the preliminary design of multi-function river section.The comprehensive cost model is applied to optimize the safety,economy and ecology of river section.It has a certain reference value for the design and optimization analysis of multi-functional river channel in the future.
