Manufacturing is the main body of the national economy.It is the foundation for building a country,developing the country and strengthening the power.The 2025 made in China brings new challenges and opportunities to the manufacturing enterprises.As the lifeblood of manufacturing enterprises,the performance of the production line has become the key factor to determine the success or failure of the enterprise.Modeling of manufacturing system is an effective way to evaluate the performance of production lines.In the traditional manufacturing system modeling method,the workers are usually not listed as the modeling objects,thus the influence of the workers on the system can not be reflected in the model.This paper takes the U-shaped production line as the research goal.Through the analysis of the man-machine interference problem of one man and multi machine workstations in the U-shaped production line,the effect of the operator on the system is taken into consideration in the processing time of the machine,and the U-shaped production line composed of one man and multi machine workstations is converted into a series production line composed of equal effect machines.First of all,the human-computer interference problem of one person multi machine workstation in U-shaped production line is studied by computer simulation.A large number of data of man-machine interference time are obtained by simulation experiments.The Pearson chi-square test is used to verify that the interference time obeys exponential distribution under certain conditions.Then,we use the limited-1 polling model to model the one person and multi machine workstation.In the former method of modeling one man multi machine workstation,the researchers usually regard the workstation as a whole research,which can not reflect the difference of machine(machine processing time is different).The polling queuing model proposed in this paper can solve this problem well,so it can embody the details of one person and multi machine workstation in the process of modeling.Compared with simulation results,the modeling method has certain accuracy.Finally,based on the analysis of human-machine interference,a series queuing network is used to model the series production line consisting of equivalent machines.By analyzing the problem of man-machine interference in one man's multi machine workstation,the equivalent machine time is generated by combining the obtained machine waiting time with the processing time of the machine.The effect of the workers on the production line is converted into a series machine line without workers in the form of the equivalent machine processing time,which can be modeled and analyzed by the series queuing network model.The U-shaped line is converted into a tandem machine without workers.
