On-line detection of coal fired boiler furnace combustion products of combustion gas concentration field of the space,is a important technical support for the optimization of boiler combustion and will help to significantly increase the combustion efficiency and reducing emissions.The tunable laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)is a kind of spectral measurement technique,and has the advantages of non-contact measurement,high sensitivity,fast and real-time,and so on.It can realize measurement of gas parameters such as concentration and temperature.In this paper,we study the TDLAS technology applied to the measurement of gas concentration distribution,and then provide reliable parameters for combustion control.The study has important theoretical and application value.In this paper,the main work is as follows.Firstly,based on the TDLAS measurement technology and the tomography reconstruction technology,this paper designs a two-dimensional field distribution measurement system to simulate the gas concentration in the boiler furnace,including hardware system,optical path layout scheme,software design,etc.Secondly,the single photon gas concentration test rig is set,and a test gas concentration test is carried out on it.Thirdly,a photoelectric detector module is developed independently,and it achieves good effect in the contrast test on the single photon road gas concentration test rig.Fourthly,for the problem of poor imaging effect under limited number of light paths in the large space,the comparative study of parallel and sector light path arrangement using the ART algorithm is carried out.The four fan-shaped arrangement of optical path optimization arrangement scheme is put forward.Fifthly,based on the LabVIEW programming environment,the concentration field measurement system software design is carried out,which is based on the concentration measurement algorithm and the two-dimensional distribution reconstruction light path setup optimized algorithm.
