Morita Equivalences Between Blocks Of Some P-solvable Groups

Let p be a prime number,O be a discrete valuation ring of characteristic 0 with an algebraically closed residue field k of characteristic p.Further we assume that the quotient K of(?)is a big enough for all finite groups below.Assume that two blocks with cyclic inertial quotients of p-solvable groups,one of them with the property that the conjugate action of the normalizer of the defect pointed group on its defect group has only the trivial fix point,then any Morita equivalence between the two blocks is basic.
