Focus on the production needs of enterprises for detection of flat enameled wire,in order to solving the technical problems of enterprise in flat enameled wire production measurement,this paper developed a dual laser scanning diameter measuring system based on ARM+FPGA,which is applied to the non transparent line within the scope of the material measurement of the size of 1mm?15mm.This paper establish a two path laser diameter measurement system,applying the optical measuring system of standard-rod method,processing the data by using the algorithm of summation and average value,to detect the thickness and width of the wire diameter of the workpiece in two directions.The system is composed of an optical measurement system,photoelectric signal processing system,a microcontroller system and communication display system.The optical measurement system adopts laser scanning motor to drive eight prism to form the scanning beam,and the beam scans the surface of the workpiece to forms an optical measuring signal.Photoelectric signal processing system transfer the optical signal into electrical signals,and deals with amplifying and filtering and binarization processing.The microcontroller adopts signal processing system and handles the data,calculates the measured workpiece size before sent to the host computer display.The communication system will display after data processing to the host controller display through the serial port to send,and the upper computer has a data correction function,by using nonlinear method for measuring the results of real time correction system.Also make the research about measurement error problem,the semiconductor laser scanning speed,motor,optical device installation and other aspects of the special pulse level comparative analysis,to improve the measurement accuracy.Finally,the system debugs and analyzes the optical platform and circuit platform,adopts standard sample stick measurement size,and test the repeatability and stability of the system.The experimental results show that the dual scanning laser the design of the diameter measurement system's measuring range is 1mm?15mm,the accuracy is 0.005mm,the error is less than 0.005mm,with stable performance,accurate measurement,technical indicators have reached the design requirements,and has a certain application prospect.
