To study the diversity and distribution of endophytic fungi isolated from lilac,lilac leaf,stem and root samples were collected from Northeast forestry University in Harbin city,Heilongjiang province and Harbin Normal University(South Campus),Heilongjiang province and Harbin Normal University(north Campus),Heilongjiang university and Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine,by means of sterilization surface disinfection,and then follow the three-point method on the PDA solid medium,at 25? temperature inversion of light culturing.After purification,picking fungus tissue under a microscope to observe the characteristics of the spores and hyphae,fungi strain identification through morphological characteristics,the results show that:4022 endophytic fungi strains were isolated,identified,and 3611 belong to 5 orders 17 genera and 8 families.Lilac endophytic fungi found in plant leaves and stems,root endophytic fungus is relatively small.Leaf to Penicillium(Penicillium)?Verticillium(Verticillium)and Trichoderma(Trichoderma)was the dominant genus,leaves account for 10.1%?10%and 10%,respectively;the stems to genus Rhizoctonia(Rhizoctonia)and Trichoderma(Trichoderma)was the dominant genus atrains account for 17.5%and 12.4%,respectively;the roots to Aspergillus(Aspergillus)and Fusarium(Fusarium)was the dominant genus root account for 24.8%and 26%,respectively.Among the fungi,Aspergillus(Aspergillus)and Fusarium(Fusarium)were the most identified strains of endophytic fungi and were the dominant species of endophytic fungi of lilacs in this study.
