As submarine pipelines in complex marine environment for a long time,prone to plan displacement,suspension,pipeline damage,etc.,and there is a big difference with the original design.If not detect the location of these submarine pipelines,it will cause great harm to the construction of new pipelines,offshore ports,docks,bridges and other marine projects.Therefore,detecting the submarine pipelines has become one of the most important issues in the current marine engineering.In this paper,the theoretical model of pipeline magnetic anomaly is established,and the simulation diagram of pipeline magnetic anomaly is drawn according to the geomagnetic forward modeling of the pipeline,then analyze two kinds of pipeline Inverse analytical method,one is the curve decomposition method and the other is characteristic point method,and then according to the resolution of the magnetometer to confirm the magnetometer node spacing and line spacing.According to submarine pipeline detection model,this paper designs a kind of submarine pipeline detection system which based on magnetic array.The system is made up of multiple magnetoresistance magnetometers,and uses the data acquisition control board as the communication unit.The hardware circuit of the system includes magnetic reluctance magnetic sensor acquisition circuit,signal conditioning circuit,power management circuit,analog-digital conversion circuit,data communication and storage circuit to realize the collection and processing of magnetic field data.In the design of system embedded software,one-to-many communication design scheme is propose.In order to avoid magnetic data missing,a data retransmission timeout and data storage mechanism is designed,which ensures data transmission and storage.In the experimental debugging phase,the host PC software is designed so that developers can know the change of magnetic anomaly of pipelines through the curve of magnetic field data.Finally,this paper verifies the work performance of the magnetic array detection system by testing the magnetic field array in laboratory,laboratory pool and outdoor pool respectively.The test data show that the magnetic array detection system can scan multiple measurement lines at the same time,compared with a single magnetometer detection system,which greatly improves the working efficiency of the detection pipeline.
