With the advent of big data era,smart cities,smart tourism,digital transportation and other products have also come into being,and people’s dependence on the three-dimensional model has become increasingly large.The traditional fine monomer modeling is not able to meet the demand of three-dimensional model due to the long modeling period and large workload.The modeling of airborne radar technology cannot meet people’s demand for three-dimensional model due to its rough model and low data accuracy.Three-dimensional laser scanning technology has many shortcomings,such as large data volume and complicated data processing of point cloud of building shielding.However,the technique of oblique photogrammetry based on UAV has solved the problem well.This technology is carrying platform with rotor or fixed wing UAV,carrying more lens high pixel camera combined with RTK,on the premise of guarantee the quality of coordinate precision and spatial texture,quick access to a wide range of features of three-dimensional information part of the surveyed area,and to the construction of a real three-dimensional model l,compared with the traditional modeling and refinement of monomer airborne radar technology,3D laser scanning technology,it is intuitive,high efficiency,low cost,thus becoming the mainstream of the rapid 3D modeling technology.Oblique photography technology for three-dimensional model,the original data and aerial triangulation quality will directly affect the precision of the model and beautiful degree,and due to the aircraft attitude is not standard,blind area and corresponding point matching error influence,such as the production of three-dimensional model will appear in the eaves,the surface of the water,the trees,such as scene model cavity,especially large water area,resulting in the lack of three-dimensional model integrity,practicality.So in this paper,starting from the Angle of triangle mesh of three-dimensional model,this paper expounds the tilt photogrammetry technology modeling process,to analyze the causes of cavity by,and then using the 3D white model as a research object,using half sorting algorithm to extract the hole boundary and generate the initial mesh,reapply for implicit surface fitting based on radial quantity function,so as to complete the dialogue mold cavity repair.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively repair the cavity and present the geometric features of the cavity.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Introduced the tilt photogrammetry technology system structure,basic principle and data processing,including image data,POS data,camera calibration,aerial triangulation and production of model in detail,in order to more deeply understand the three dimensional model is void of reason.(2)The detailed 3D mesh processing,including introduction to choose hole repair the cause of the grid model,mesh hole repairing method,based on the surface mesh model hole repairing method,and compare the repair methods and basis.(3)Detailed description of the cavity repair process,including hole extraction,hole pretreatment,hole initial grid production,Implicit surface establishment,new vertex adjustment,including the least square method,radial basis function(RBF)implicit surface,Newton interpolation and other key algorithms.(4)In this paper,based on the platform of Visual Studio 2010,of OpenMesh development environment to implement the algorithm,the completion of the purpose of the test area of the cavity repair.
