Inpresent,the existing instrument metods for detection of sliver in ore or lead in water have good precision and reliability.However,these instrumental analysis metods rely on expensive and large-scale instrument as well asspecially trained personnel.Additionally,enrichment and preprocessing were uasually demanded when the concentretion of sliver or lead is too low.All these factors limited the large-scale instrument analysis methods cannot be applied to the in-field analysis and fast analysis.Visual sensing method is not only a convenient,visible and good operable method,but also has the advantages of high sensitivity and high specificity.This paper use photocatalysis-based visual aptamer sensing method without pretreatment or enrichment to detect the sliver concent in oreand the lead ion concent in envirmental water.The research content and results are as follows:?1?We developed a photocatalytic visual sensing system for detection of sliver of ore.By using the One-Factor-at-a-Time method,we investigated the factors affecting photocatalytic visual sensing system and the experimental conditions were systematically optimized,including the tyes of nucleic acid fluorescent dyes,the concentration of ethidium bromide?EB?,the pH of buffer system,the concentration of aptamer,incubation time and LED illumination time.Under the best experiment conditions,the linear range of visualization method for silver ions detection is 0.02 ng mL-1-200 ng mL-1,and the detection limit is 0.02 ng mL-1.The interference of potential co-exising metal and semimetal elements existed in sliver ore was studied,and the effects of acid ions(i.e.,Cl-,F-,NO3-,PO43-,ClO4-and SO42-)were also tested.This method has been successfully used for semiquantitative analysis of ore sample digestiosn and leaching liquis.Owing to its simplicity and visuabilty,this photocatalysis visual sensing method has great potential in in-field analysis of ore samples inless developed or remote areas.?2?We developed a photocatalytic visual sensing system for detection of Pb2+of envirment water.By using the One-Factor-at-a-Time method,affecting photocatalytic visual sensing system and the experimental conditions were systematically optimized,ncluding difference wavelength irradiation of LED,the tyes of nucleic acid fluorescent dyes,the concentration of ethidium bromide,the pH of buffer system,the concentration of aptamer,incubation time and LED illumination time.Under the best experiment conditions,the detection limit of lead ions detection is 0.05 ng mL-1.The interference of potential co-exising metal existed in environment water was studied.This method has been successfully used for semiquantitative analysis of environment water.Owing to its simplicity and visuabilty,this photocatalysis visual sensing method has great potential in in-field analysis of light polluted environment water in less developed or remote areas.
