Some research institutes like Xiamen University,Zhejiang University and Ocean University of China have built a demonstration area of artificial upwelling to increase marine carbon sink in Jimo Aoshan Bay to provide scientific basis for the model of artificial upwelling and increasing exchange.According to the requirements of data monitoring system in the demonstration area.In this paper,a data acquisition and remote monitoring system based on CAN bus technology,wireless transmission technology,Amazon cloud service technology and Web technology is developed.This paper is divided into six chapters:In first chapter,the background and significance of the study were briefly introduced;Two kinds of marine monitoring technologies are summarized,including the underwater mobile observation platform and the seabed observation system.The Data monitoring system program and the research content of this article were determined.The second chapter analyzed the mission requirements of the data acquisition system,determined the system scheme based on CAN-bus technology;The parameter of sensors used in this system were introduced;The software and hardware design of collection node were explained in detail.The third chapter analyzed the task requirement of wireless data transmission system,and determined the scheme that raspberry pi push data through 4G network using MQTT protocol;The raspberry pi and MQTT protocol is introduced briefly.The control method of the data acquisition system and the software design of the data wireless transmission system are expounded.The fourth chapter analyzed the tasks of data storage and monitoring system,compared the current mainstream remote monitoring technology,determined to adopt the B/S remote monitoring system,the Amazon EC2 and DynamoDB services were briefly introduced,the Data storage programming and data monitoring system programming were completed.The fifth chapter has carried on the integration and the test of each part of the system;The system has tested in laboratory.The experimental result was analyzed.It verified that the system can meet the design target.The marine experimental program was proposed.The sixth chapter summarized the work which has been completed in this article,pointed out the places that need improving,gived prospects of the further work.
