Earthquake emergency response technology is an effective measure to mitigate earthquake secondary disasters(such as derailment,fire,nulcear leakage,etc)for Critical infrastructures such as high-speed railways,gas pipeline network,and nuclear power plants.Japan as an earthquake-prone country,have built large numbers of earthquake emergency response system for Critical infastructures.In this paper,we intends to study the ground motion parameters for Critical infrastructures and lay a technical foundation for the construction of related systems in China.Based on the systematic review of relevant research status at home and abroad,this paper has carried out the following research work:1.In this section,we select 4416 records from 419 earthquake envent that the magnitude is 3.5 or above in China's strong vibration observation network and 8142 records from 16 destructive earthquake envents that the magnitude is 5.8 or above in Japan's K-net strong vibration observation network as research data.The linear statistical relationship of Chinese instrument seismic intensity,peak ground acceleration PGAo.i-10Hz(subscript 0.1-10Hz indicates the filter band),peak speed PGV0.1-10Hz and emergency response parameters for high-speed railway,gas pipeline network,nuclear power plant was established,using the selected data.The linear statistical relationship of PGA0.05-5Hz for Japanese high-speed railway earthquake emergency response and PGA under different filrer frequency bands.Based on linear regression analysis method,the conversion value of PGA in different filtering frequency bands corresponding to the PGA0.05-5Hz threshold(40 gal,80 gal,120 gal)of Japan's three-level emergency response was given,which provides a basis for the selection of the ground motion parameter threshold for emergency treatment in China's high-speed railway.2.Using the same selected data above,the statistical relationship between the P-wave displacement amplitude Pd under the time widows of 1 second,2 second,and 3 second and the emergency response parameters for Critical infastructures.Based the threshold of ground motion parameters for Critical infastructures,we give the Conversion value of Displacement amplitude Pd.It provides a basis for predicting the threshold value of ground motion parameters for emergency treatment by using P wave information at the beginning of the earthquake.3.In this section,we select 20700 records from 1003 earthquake envents that the magnitude is 3.5 or above in China's strong vibration observation network.The statistical relationship between the peak ground acceleration PGA and effective peak ground acceleration aE.Based on the linear regression,we provide a basis for determining the scope of emergency response of high-speed railways by utilizing the ground motion attenuation relationship of China's fifth-generation zoning map.
