With the development of economy and new technology,EEG is more and more used in the society.There are more and more research on EEG in all walks of life as well and make breakthrough.At present,EEG are widely used in basic theoretical research and clinical practice of brain science.In recent years,the research of EEG has been extended to other scientific fields,and the study on event-related potential for color perception is also a hot research direction.Color-difference is the response of the human visual system to the stimulus of the two color differences.The traditional color-difference study is based on human observation and records the results of the abstract vision color-difference of human observation.This paper investigates the differences of event-related potentials?ERP?among two sizes of four color-difference stimulus:red,green,blue and gray,and?E*abis 10 and 5,aiming to reveal the response to color-difference on EEG and the main areas of the brain to process color-difference stimulus.Previous researches on EEG to color are almost focused on ERP of single color stimulus,but the study on ERP of color-difference stimulus has not yet been involved.Therefore,this paper uses the method of EEG to evaluate color-difference.Based on this,two parts work has been done as the following:1.Designing a color-difference experiment of EEG.On the basis of the previous study of EEG for color,an oddball color-difference EEG experiment was designed.The experiment is divided into two groups,one is the color-difference of 10,the other is the color difference of 5,each group has red,green,blue,gray four kinds of color-difference pictures.This experiment is executing by observing the color-difference images in the computer,and the EEG is recorded in real time by EEG recorder;2.Searching for the right classification features of EEG for color.after getting EEG experiment data,in order to find out the response to color-difference on EEG and the main areas of the brain to process color-difference stimulus.Extracting the EEG data from four color-difference for large and small color-difference group,and the appropriate classification features were found from time domain and frequency domain.Through the above two parts of work,this paper applies EEG technology into the field of color-difference evaluation,changing the past method of the human observation and supplies a possible way for the color-difference evaluation.The content and results of this paper will also give some reference for the following study.
