With the rapid development of science and technology,aerospace and other large industries,more and more fields are facing the problems of large size,high accuracy and complex structure.The traditional measurement means can not meet the measurement needs of these devices in terms of efficiency and accuracy,how to solve the problem of high-precision measurement in large scale space has become the focus of current research.The laser tracker provides a new solution for the measurement of such projects.The AT960 laser tracker is a high precision three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine whose single point measurement precision can reach the micron level.Its AIFM distance measurement and tracking locking technology can realize the fast tracking and high precision positioning of the target.It has the characteristics of flexible setting,high measurement precision and large measuring range,especially suitable for large size space and high precision positioning measurement.This paper researchs on the AT960 laser tracker,and obtained some important conclusions.Firstly,this paper introduces the measuring principle and key technology of AT960 laser tracker,and analyzes the measurement accuracy in three aspects,the angle,range and target ball incident angle,designing experiments to verify that the actual angle and range accuracy of AT960 laser tracker is slightly lower than its nominal precision.The experiments proved that double sides measurement and stable environment can improve the measurement accuracy of laser tracker.Secondly,the paper summarizes the method and process of the layout,analog measurement,and data acquisition of precise 3D control network by using AT960 laser tracker,deriving the function model based on triangulateration network and stochastic model based on Helmert variance component estimation in adjustment processing,introducing error ellipse for precision assessment.Summarizing the whole establishment process of precise 3D control network combining with a practical engineering case.Thirdly,the paper derived three commonly used industrial indexes,straightness,flatness and roundness from the mathematical models.The algorithm of spatial straight line,spatial plane and spatial circle fitting is realized by programming whose correctness and reliability have been verified by real case data.Finally,this paper developed LaserTracker Data Collection and Processing System based on AT960,which is based on the theory of data acquisition and processing of 3D control network and the theory of industrial detection algorithm.Realizing the laser tracker measurement process from the implementation of the new project and the parameters to the data acquisition and processing.The system has the characteristics of specialization and simplicity,and is more suitable for operators to operate and use.
