The Testing?Calibration And Review On Warning Indicators Of Flash Flood Disaster In Jiangxi Province

The review and verification of the early warning indicators for mountain flood disasters is based on the investigation and evaluation of the mountain floods,and uses the newly generated flood and historical flood data to conduct inspections and review of the early warning indicators of the disaster prevention targets.The review of early warning indicators for mountain flood disasters includes three stages: data collection and collation,early warning index inspection and verification,and results collation.At the data collection stage,relevant results in the analysis and evaluation of mountain torrential disasters are extracted,and newly-occurred rainwater monitoring data or data not included in the analysis and evaluation work are collected or surveyed.According to the monitoring data of the basin where the disaster prevention target is located and the data of investigation and evaluation results,the list of disaster prevention objects for the review of early warning indicators is determined.The early warning indicator inspection review stage includes two tasks: early warning indicator inspection and early warning indicator review.If the disaster prevention target watershed has flood disaster data or a series of rainwater flooding matching data,the warning indicators of the disaster target can be tested.jobs.If the disaster flood disaster data or newly generated data series of the watershed targeted by the disaster prevention target is relatively long and meets the requirements of the hydrological model calculation and parameter calibration,on the basis of the inspection,the rainfall early warning indicators of the disaster prevention target will be reviewed.All localities may select early-warning targets for disaster prevention targets to conduct inspections or review work based on the actual situation of mountain flood monitoring data.
