In this paper,Nevanlinna theory is an effective tool for studying the properties of meromorphic solutions of complex differential equations and complex difference equations.We arrange this thesis as follows:In chapter 1,we introduce the background,significance and main works of this thesis.In chapter 2,we introduce the basic knowledge of Nevanlinna theory.In chapter 3,using Nevanlinna theory,we consider the properties on transcendental entire solutions on two types of systems of complex differential-difference equations and obtain some results on the existence.These results extend some results given by Gao.In chapter 4,we give some necessary conditions on the existence of meromorphic solutions on Fermat type difference equations.We also consider the properties of transcendental entire solutions on the systems of Fermat type differential-difference equations.In chapter 5,we consider the generalized Fermat difference equations with different types.Some new observations and results on these equations will be given.In chapter 6,we conclude our results and give some expectations.
