The dissertation was the report on the studies of the secondary metabolites and bioactivities of endophytic fungi from Isodon species.It was composed of three sections in the dissertation.The first section was about the investigation on the the secondary metabolites and their biological activities of the endophytic fungi Phomopsis sp.shj2 from Isodon eriocalyx var.laxiflora,the second and third sections were about the studies on the chemical constituents and their biological activities of the endophytic fungi Xylaria sp.hg1009 and Aspergillus sp.hh1113 from Isodon sculponeatus.On the basis of chromatography and spectral methods as well as single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis,and coupled with OSMAC strategy,thirty-one compounds,including twelve new ones,containing two novel cytochalasin skeletons and one novel dipeptide derivative were isolated from the culture of Phomopsis sp.shj2,and some of them were evaluated for their in vitro antimigratory activities;thirty-three compounds including ten new ones and three new natural products were isolated from the culture of Xylaria sp.hg1009;nine known compounds were isolated from the culture of Aspergillus sp.hh1113.The above results laid a certain foundation for further investigation on the secondary metabolites with structure diversity and bioactivity of endophytic fungi from Isodon eriocalyx var.laxiflora and Isodon sculponeatus.
