Multi-criteria decision analysis is an important part of decision-making theory.It is a decision-making method for selecting,ordering or evaluating projects with a limited number of criterias according to special decision-making rules.Multi-criteria decision analysis has a deep theoretical foundation and a wide range of application prospect,especially has great application value in the enterprise.For the healthy development of the enterprise,the decision maker of enterprise often encounters the problem that how to make the correct decision,and the decision-making problems faced by the decision maker are often a matter of Multi-criteria decision making problems.We studied Multi-criteria Decision-making problems,and focu on the linear transformation methods used in the multi-criteria decision making analysis.The main work and related results are as follows:We studied the linear transformation methods used in the multi-criteria decision making analysis.In the case of subjective weight,we found that the traditional criteria score transformation methods makes the average value of each criterion in normalized decision matrix are not equal with each other.Which may not actually reflect the influence of subjective weight,and the result can't correctly reflect the intention of decision makers.In this paper,a new linear method based on subjective weight is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional criteria score transformation methods,which makes the mean value and maximum value of each criterion in the normalized decision matrix are equal with each other and improves the rationality of decision.The new linear method enrichs the criteria score transformation methods in the Multi-criteria decision analysis.We studied about the application and comparison of criteria score Transformation Methods in Manufacturing Industry.We studied the real engineering Multi-criteria decision making problems in manufacturing industry.In the case of subjective weight,different decision results are obtained by different criteria score transformation methods.In order to strengthen the comparative,a more decision result is obtained by using TOPSIS method.We combine all the results in final decision,which improves the reliability of decision results,and verified the validity of the new linear method proposed in this paper.Criteria score linear transformation method based on subjective weights proposed in this paper has certain universality.In the theoretical significance,the new criteria score linear transformation method enrichs the criterion score transformation method and provides a new train of thoughts for criterion score transformation under subjective weight.In the practical significance,the new mothod can improve the rationality of the decision of the Multi-criteria decision issues which have subjective weights and can guide the enterprise decision makers make the right decision.
