Zooplankton Community Structure And Analysis Of Correlations With Environmental Factors In Daxiaoxingkai Lake

This study set in Daxingkai Lake 9 sampling spots,respectively,in 2014 spring(May),summer(July)and autumn(September)sampled zooplankton collected qualitative and quantitative analysis.The Shannon-Weaver index and Pielou index through analyzing the characteristics of community structure and diversity,using CCA for analysis of Daxingkai Lake zooplankton and the relationship between the environmental factors.The research combine zooplankton diverse analysis and canonical correspondence analysis to understand the water quality of Daxingkai Lake.In this research,a total of 25 kinds of zooplankton were identified,including Protozoa 6 species;Rotifers species at the least,4 species,16%;Cladocera species at most species,8 species,accounting for 32%;Copepods 7 species.Daxingkai Lake zooplankton common for a total of 6,respectively,include the Askena siavolvox;Leptodora kindti;Bosmina coregoni Baird;Cyclops strenuus Fischer,;Thermocyclops taihokuensis Harada;Microcyclops javanus and Cyclops strenuus Fischer.Dominant species of 12 species,of which Difflugia;Askenasia;Keratella valga;Bosmina coregoni Baird;Thermocyclops dybowskii;Bosmina Iongirostris;Leptodora kindti;Thermocyclops taihokuensis Harada;Microcyclops javanus;Didinium balbianii nanum;Polyarthra trigla;Cyclops strenuus Fischer.Seasonal average abundance of Daxingkai Lake zooplankton was 1654.85ind./L,biomass each season with an average of 16.43mg/L.Spring in May in which the abundance highest,the lowest in autumn in septermber.Highest biomass in summer,,the minimum value of the biomass occurs in the autumn.Where in the sampling spot 3#maximum mean highest,6#sampling spot lowest,the average biomass,6#sampling spot highest,3#sampling spot lowest.Shannon Weaver diversity index of the maximum sampling points in the spring may 3#,3.23,Pielou uniformity index maximum value appeared in autumn in September,8#sampling and 0.96.Shannon Weaver index minimum values appeared in the summer 6#sampling,0.74,and Pielou index of the minimum value appeared in the summer 4#sampling and 0.24.Overall,Daxingkai lake water environment quality is moderate pollution.By using CCA analysis of the relationship between Daxingkai Lake planktonic animals and environmental factors found that pH and transparency is the biggest environmental factor influence on Daxingkai Lake zooplankton community structure and water temperature,conductivity,nutrients and other environmental factors also affect the community structure.
