In this dissertation, the influence of DC pulse electric field(DEF)and rotating pulsed electric field(REF)on the dynamic interaction between two defects is studied. The full text is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,we firstly introduce the research background of wave excitation, and then demonstrate the clinical research status of cardiac excitation wave, which leads to the problem to be studied in this dissertation: the research of pulse electric field induced wave excitation dynamics in two defects on the interaction effect. Finally pointed out the innovation of this dissertation. The second chapter is the theoretical basis.Firstly,we introduce the exciting medium, then display the defect and excitable wave. Finally,we describe the interaction between electric field and excitable medium. It makes a paving for the follow-up research. In the third chapter, the influence of the dynamic interaction of the excited wave induced by DEF on the two defects is studied. This chapter is divided into four sections:The first section introduces the research methods. The second section describes the use of this model which called B(?)r.The third section shows the interaction between the two defects under the action of DEF and the interaction between the specific electric field direction and the electric field intensity with the excitation wave. The fourth section is a summary of the above and reflects the value of DEF for dynamic behavior in the heart tissue. In the fourth chapter,we study the influence of the dynamic interaction of the excited wave induced by REF on the two defects and compare it with the DEF.The first section outlines the work to be done. The second section shows the interaction between the two defects under the action of REF,the interaction between the specific electric field direction and the electric field intensity with the excitation wave, and the interaction between the electric field intensity and the distance among the two defects. The third section discusses the difference between the application of REF and DEF,and then proves that REF is better than DEF.The fourth section is a summary and show the importance of the interaction between the excitation waves induced by the pulsed electric field and the defects. The fifth chapter summarizes this article, and put forward the prospect of future work. The main results of this dissertation are in the third chapter and the fourth chapter.Heart disease is one of the principal diseases that cause human death, such as tachycardia, which can lead to heart and sudden death. For treating the tachycardia, some notable research problems, such as the study of the dynamics of cardiac arrhythmia, the study of ventricular fibrillation and the treatment of arrhythmia, have gradually derived the discussion of the relationship between the defects and the excited wave induced by electric field.Implantable cardioverter defibrillators(ICDs)and antitachycardia pacing(ATP)have been used clinically.Currently, the method of using DEF and REF to terminate the arrhythmia is more effective in the treatment of tachycardia. In order to clarify the mechanism of pulsed electric field in patient's heart,we need to understand the structure and function of the heart system. The system will show different characteristics on multiple scales. The single domain model of excitable media can be used to simulate the tachycardia,we can control the dynamic behavior of the excited waves in the defect by pulse electric field, then find and review the way to eliminate the defects.Researchers have not yet explored the effect of exerting rotating electric field(REF)on multiple defects, therefore, this article focuses on the initiating process of excited waves induced by DEF and REF.We show the influence of the dynamic interaction of the excited wave induced by the pulsed electric field on two defects, and sum up the effect of the distance between the defects on the excited waves in the case of multiple defects. This exploration may lead to greater progress in the treatment of heart disease.
