Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS),also known as epidemic hemorrhagic fever,is an acute infectious disease caused by Hantavirus,which seriously endangers human health.Rodents are the main hosts of hantavirus.They have almost no clinical symptoms after infection with hantavirus.Human infection can cause hemorrhagic fever with renal syn-drome(HFRS)and hantavirus pulmonary syndrome(HPS).At present,the cases of human infection in China are all HFRS,and the death rate of the disease is up to 15%.The number of HFRS cases in China accounts for about 70%in the world.The transmission way of han-tavirus between mice is direct and indirect transmission.Human infection with hantavirus directly contacts with infected mice and contacts with viruses left in the environment-but the infection between people is very rare.In view of the serious condition of HFRS in China,the main prevention and control measures that have been taken in the epidemic area are the human deratization and immu-nization.Based on the transmission?mechanism?and prevention and control measures,we should consider the establishment of a reasonable transmission model of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome,carry out theoretical analysis and some sensitivity analysis,and give effective suggestions for prevention and control measures,which are the main contents in this thesis.The first chapter introduces the significance of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter,based on the prevention and control measures taken in the epidemic area,the model of human mouse coupled hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome has been established.Applying the next generation matrix principle,the basic reproduction number is given,The consistency of the local disease equilibrium is given by comparison principle and the global stability and the global attractivity of the positive equilibrium point are studied through the Lyapunov function.Combined with the number of specific incidence in Jilin and Fujian Province in recent years,some reasonable explanations for the incidence of the two provinces have been proposed through the numerical simulation.Third chapter considers the effect based on the temperature of hemorrhagic fever of re-nal syndrome of nonautonomous propagation model,by using the spectral radius of a linear operator,the basic reproductive number of the model,by comparing the principle of com-bining periodic coefficient linear system theory is given without disease global asymptotic stability of the equilibrium state.
