Power supply and allocation is one of the key technologies of ocean observatory network,which will be of enormous significance only when the power provided by shore station is distributed to the scientific equipments correctly and reasonably.Based on the actual engineering requirements of ZheJiang University ZERO ocean observatory network,reconfigurable technology is applied in power distribution system for the first time,to increase the system robustness,meet the power demand of scientific equipments and prolong the system life cycle.Firstly,three methods,including basic reliability analysis,mission reliability analysis and fault tree analysis,are used to analyze reconfigurable energy allocation system of the Second Junction Box.Then,three reliability models,including basic reliability block diagram,mission reliability block diagram and the fault tree of the system,are built to dscribe the system's reliable indexes including system reliability,failure rate,MTBF,etc.Based on the fault tree model of reconfigurable energy allocation system of the Second Junction Box,a simulation algorithm of reliability is calculated using Monte Carlo method.The results of simulation show that the system reliability curve is similar with exponential distribution and MTBF is about 6.5 years long,which meets the design index on the theoretical level.Then,the design of reconfigurable energy allocation system of the Second Junction Box is introduced in detail,including hardware design and software design.On the basis of vicor voltage conversion module,the hardware,including input protection circuit,power reconfigurable circuit,voltage reconfigurable circuit,etc,are designed.Besides,the design principle of enable circuit and current-sharing circuit is introduced in detail.In order to realize the real-time and reliable operating state monitoring of system,the software adopts ADAM-4000 series modules as lower computer,adopts WinCC configuration software as upper computer and adopts ADAM OPC Server as a bridge in the middle.Finally,system function experiments including input protection circuit features experiment,power reconfigurable allocation experiment,heat dissipation experiment,power quality experiment,etc,are tested.The results show that the reconfigurable energy allocation system of the Second Junction Box can realize the function of surge suppression,data acquisition,remote monitoring,current sharing,voltage reconstruction,etc.The system satisfies the design requirements.
