Dairy industry is the one of the main animal husbandry of NingXia area,with the development of the cow herding in recent years,the prevention of cow disease become more and more hard.When we talk about cow mastitis,the mastitis caused by Klebsiella pneumonia was pretty frequently during the end of 2016 to the beginning of 2017.Diseased cows not only showed the symptom of mastitis,but also showed the systemic infection,even death;it cost huge damage to livestock farm.This kind of bacteria already becomes a safety hazard of NingXia's dairy industry,but the research of Klebisiella pneumonia in NingXia area is rarely.Based on this background,we do the research of the Klebisella pneumonia which was found in NingXia area,we hope our research can lay some foundation of the prevention of Kleisella pneumonia in NingXia area.We found the suspicious bacterial strains in the epidemic materials which were send to our laboratory.After we purify the bacterial strains,we do the biochemical test and Klebisella pneumonia's characteristic DNA sequence(khe gene)PCR test on the suspicious bacterial strains we got,then we screened out Klebisella pneumonia from suspicious bacterial strains.After we got Klebisella pneumonia,we analyzed several virulence genes and drug resistance genes for the Klebisella pneumonia we got.With the result we can provide the suggestion for the prevention of Kleisella pneumonia in NingXia area in molecular biology way.The result shows,we confirmed 14 Kleisella pneumonia bacterial strains by biochemical test and amplify the characteristic DNA sequence(khe gene).When we did PCR test of virulence genes,we found positive rate of virulence genes mrkd is 28.6%,wabg is 92.9%,rmpa is 92.9%,and fimh is 14.3%.When we did the PCR test of drug resistance genes,we found positive rate of drug resistance kpc is 21.4%,shv is 78.6%.
