We collect multi-wavelength data from NIR to UV band,in the Hawaii-Hubble Deep Field North field.Together with spectroscopic and photometric-redshift informa-tion,we cross match between several catalogs to create an unprecedentedly complete catalog containing 178,354 sources. We take advantage of CIGALE code to perform SED fitting program for 145,644 sources with confirmed redshifts and obtain their stel-lar mass and star formation rate(SFR)estimates. When comparing with other works using different methods, such as deriving stellar mass through ML ratio, calculating SFR by IR luminosity,we find that stellar mass estimates are consistent with others(~0.1 dex in systematic deviation)while SFR estimates suffer a larger deviation(up to~1 dex).We argue that SFR estimates are poorly constrained since they depend much on IR data, method and models adopted.By comparing our best fit templates with others,we find that our SED fitting procedure could produce similar IR luminosity(≤ 0.1 dex in systematic deviation). In addition,we find that mass anf SFR estimates derived from delayed r star formation history model are systematically lower than those derived from 2-τ model,~0.2 dex and~0.4 dex respectively.Furthermore, templates incorporated with AGN contribution are able to bring about more convinced results.
