| Deep-sea serial sampling is an important means to detect the ocean.The sealing reliability of the deep-sea serial sampler directly affects the purity of deep-sea water samples,relates to the result of deep sea water sampling,and affects the accuracy of the ocean detection.Therefore,the sealing reliability of deep-sea serial sampler has important research value.Aiming at the problem of long-term continuous observation for deep seafloor environment,deep seafloor observatory network got a rapid development in recent years.According to the need of long-term sampling and timely analysis of deep-sea water sample,to develop a deep-sea sampler automatically serial release mechanism is of great significance.This article is supported by the national 863 project "The sequence sampling technology of the deep-sea water".The main content is as follows:Sampling valve seal reliability test system was designed based on the theory of mechanical reliability method,and the new deep sea sampling valve sealing reliability was tested.We got the change process of the mechanical properties of fluorine rubber O-rings under high pressure,and the relationship between the sealing effect and application number.We concluded the failure probability density distribution function of this sealing method.Also we conducted a series of tests to get the fluororubber O-rings dynamics characteristic and the sealing effect under different pressure.It will provide an important reference for the future of O-rings selection in seal structure.Aiming at the remote long-term sampling and timely analysis of deep-sea water sample,in order to save the recycling cost of sampler,it was decided to design a sampler release system applied in deep-sea water.We designed the release mechanism based on the spring,the release triggers based on oil filled stepper motor and its driver,put forward the analysis method of its reliability,and conducted a series of verification experiments. |
