Marine engineering is a hot subject which is developing vigorously all over the world.Research on the development of new energy resources,such as various kinds of marine resources,platform structure,wind power and tide,has become the focus of a large number of research institutions and scholars.However,taking into account the limitations of the complex marine environment,technical equipment and capital investment,the establishment of a marine engineering test pool for model testing has become an inevitable choice for research workers.Dalian University of Technology,based on the needs of its own research in marine engineering disciplines and the insufficiency of current domestic test pools in building wind quality,has begun to establish a new marine engineering test base with more powerful and complete functions and performance.This article is based on the innovation test base construction project of Dalian University of Technology.It has conducted a certain research and analysis on the stability of the test pool.Firstly,two-dimensional and three-dimensional numerical water pools were established using FLUENT software.The wave simulations were performed using the boundary wave and damping methods.The wave forces acting on the floating surface under different working conditions were extracted.Then the finite element software ANSYS was used to build a three-dimensional floating-bottom numerical model.Based on the wave forces received by the floating foundation and other forces acting on the floating foundation under different operating conditions,the static analysis was performed to obtain the corresponding stress and deformation results.The results under working conditions were compared and analyzed.Then based on the ANSYS Workbench,the modal analysis was performed on the floating foundation structure,and the natural frequency and relative vibration modes of the floating floor structure were obtained,and the maximum amplitude of the floating floor was found.Finally,a certain the structural strength calculation was also made for the floating floor structure.Through the above-mentioned static analysis,modal analysis results and supplementary floating structure strength calculations,the effects of shallow water waves and corresponding loads on the floating bottom and structural structural strength as well as stability are comprehensively discussed.Finally,it can be concluded that the effects of the floating bottom are all with in the acceptable range,the strength meets the requirements,it has good stability,and the floating bottom structure can work safely and reliably.At the same time,with the help of this analysis,it is hoped that it will provide a certain reference for the improvement of the follow-up design and operation of the experimental pool in the Innovation Experimental Base of Dalian University of Technology.
