China's well drilling rig development is undergoing a rapid development process,although there are still many difficulties and problems,but with the rapid development of China's urban construction,the policies and regulations more perfect,the existing problems gradually resolved,technical level and product Improve the quality and the huge demand of overseas markets,wells drilling rig development has been a huge market space,variety is increasingly rich,reasonable,a substantial increase in annual production,is ushering in another development of the well drilling rig of the golden age.The SPL-400 crawler-type well drilling rig is mainly used in the construction of hydrological wells,ground source heat pump wells,foundation pit drainage wells,foundation pile holes and shaft freezing holes.Drilling machine with off-road strong,mobile and flexible,easy loading and unloading,drilling and other high efficiency.Drilling rigs are equipped with a variety of drilling rigs,such as air drilling,dive hammer drilling and air lift reverse circulation,and are particularly suitable for drilling in drift,eggs,gravel layers and crushed strong weathered rock cover.Drilling,in the remote mountainous areas,lack of water and electricity in various types of construction projects have a broad application background.The SPL-400 crawler-type well drilling rig designed in this paper adopts the crawler type hydraulic drive system,and the double track forms the installation fulcrum and the basic frame of the rig.Full hydraulic drive control circuit,so that the walking and steering mechanism design is simple,easy to operate institutions,reliable performance,high safety factor,more suitable for wet and other harsh environments.The drilling rigs with high speed and high drilling speed are used to improve the stability and maneuverability of the rigs.The drilling speed is high,the drilling speed is high,the drilling efficiency is high,the speed is adjustable,the noise is low and the vibration is small.Multi-functional advantages,and can be based on the drilling system and the combination of drilling equipment configuration to meet the needs of different pore size engineering.The main contents of this paper include the overall design of the crawler type well drilling rig,the design of the crawler chassis,the design selection of the hydraulic system,the selection of the drilling derrick and the supporting equipment.In particular,the structure of the tracked chassis is calculated according to theoretical mechanics and material mechanics,and the feasibility and economy of the tracked well drilling rig are analyzed.This study will accumulate research experience and research results in the design,manufacture and drilling of wind turbine drilling rigs,establish a technical system for integrated well drilling rigs such as bulk,trailer and track rigs,transform scientific research into social,economic and Environmental benefits.
