With the continuous advancement of China's marine strategy,the strategic fulcrum of pelagic clustering islands in the development of oil,gas,and mineral resources,marine transportation,and maritime defense has become more prominent.However,the oceanic island environment is special,and the supplies of fresh water,electric energy and other materials are in short supply.The increasingly serious shortage of electric energy has become a bottleneck restricting the development of pelagic clustering islands.At present,the traditional island power grid is dominated by diesel power generation.The power grid is small in scale and closed independently.It lacks external energy support and the development model has poor sustainability.At the same time,pelagic clustering islands are rich in renewable energy resources such as wind energy,solar energy,and wave energy,and are surrounded by uninhabited reefs and sandbars.If we can coordinate the development of island resources and achieve complementary advantages,we will provide strong support for the development of pelagic clustering islands.This paper focuses on the future development of pelagic clustering islands,and introduces an innovative development model that distinguishes island function positioning,energy linkage,and multi-island joint development to provide multiple energy support for the development of pelagic clustering islands.The main research content is as follows:First of all,the distribution characteristics of pelagic clustering islands and the nature of renewable energy resources are analyzed,and the types and characteristics of the energy requirements of pelagic clustering islands are introduced.Combining the characteristics of archipelago distribution and the characteristics of energy demand,a multi-island joint and energy-linked pelagic clustering islands integrated energy supply system that differentiates the functions of load center islands and resource islands is introduced.With resource islands as the main research object,wind,photovoltaic,wave energy generation models,mathematical modeling of seawater desalination devices and energy storage devices have been established.Secondly,under the resource island supporting the energy demand of load center island,the capacity configuration of resource island using seawater desalination devices and battery energy storage devices to economically absord renewable energy was studied.It can realize the full use of renewable resources and meet the orders of load center island with the minimum total cost.Finally,for the situation that multiple resource islands jointly provide energy for the load center island,a resource-based island renewable energy consumption and energy package delivery strategy based on the ladder price is proposed.Based on the ladder price mechanism,the energy production of resource islands is scheduled to be managed with the goal of economic production and energy transportation.Through example validation and comparative analysis,it is found that this method can effectively respond to the energy demand of load center island and achieve better economic benefits.
